A new sermon series on the impact of the Cross of Jesus on our lives. Ever visited a large Christian cathedrals or a Duomo in Europe and noticed that that the floorplan is often cruciform; that is, cross-shaped? The cross of Christ is central to the Church’s identity and beliefs. But what does it mean for the people – a congregation – to be “cross-shaped”? How should their life together and ministries to the world be shaped by the central hope of Christ crucified? This three-part series explores these questions under the titles: “Isolation ended”, “Loved by God”, and “From futility to fruitfulness”.
